Welcome to Accept. By using our app or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. They explain what Accept is, what it is not, and the rules that govern your use of it.
Accept is a self-discovery and personal growth tool that uses AI-assisted conversation to help users understand themselves more deeply. Accept is provided by Accept LLC, located in Utah, USA.
By creating an account, accessing, or using Accept, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Accept.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Accept. By using the service, you represent that you are 18 or older.
Accept is a personal development tool. It is not:
A substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, or counseling. Accept does not provide medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice or diagnosis. It is not a crisis service or emergency response system.

Accept's AI responses are generated by software. They do not reflect the views of any licensed clinician and should not be interpreted as professional advice.
You are responsible for providing accurate signup information, keeping your login credentials secure, and all activity that occurs under your account. You may not share your account or allow others to use it. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us at privacy@accept.you immediately.
You agree not to use Accept for any unlawful purpose, attempt to harm, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service, impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, scrape, copy, or systematically extract content from the service, use the service to harass, threaten, or harm others, or bypass any usage limits or security measures.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Accept may offer paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. The current price and billing period are disclosed at signup and at checkout. You can cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Free trials. We may offer a free trial period. Your payment method is collected when you start a trial, and your paid subscription begins automatically when the trial ends, at the price disclosed at signup, unless you cancel before the end of the trial. The trial length and conversion date are shown at signup, and we send a reminder before your trial converts to a paid subscription.
No refunds. All payments are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or for forgetting to cancel before a trial ends or before a renewal date. To avoid being charged, cancel before your trial ends or before your next renewal date; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
You retain ownership of everything you share with Accept, including your messages, reflections, and personal information. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process and store this content solely to provide the service to you.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your personal conversations to train AI models for other users. For details on data handling, see our Privacy Policy.
Accept uses third-party AI providers to generate responses. AI responses may be incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate at times. They should not be relied upon for important decisions and do not constitute professional advice of any kind.
We do our best to make Accept's responses thoughtful and helpful, but we cannot guarantee accuracy or appropriateness in every situation.
You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Account. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed from our systems as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Accept is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that it will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Accept LLC, its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the app at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
